An analytical problem solver, first and last.
I help teams whose reports disagree and whose decisions run on instinct. However tangled it looks, I map the process, find where it breaks, and improve it, then build what people act on: a dashboard, a governance process, or one number everyone trusts. I bring analytical thinking, systems design, and the patience to work through the messy parts.
